What was the highlight of Pinnacle Samui Resort

Good spot for a night before the ferry

The chalet was clean, cool and comfortable. A kettle and mugs are provided. Bathroom was a good size, lots of hot water, and clean. Lovely spot on the beach and very close to the ferry jetty. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

The resort looks a little tired, but you can see maintenance is now being carried out. Still a lovely place to stay

Excellent breakfast buffet, great price as it was on special on booking

Booked a room with 2 beds as myself (father) was travelling with daughter. We didn’t bother to change room as it was already late when we got one with only 2 bed. Restaurant had 2 tables with guests for dinner (!!!) and it took almost 1 hour to get dinner

East and comfortable stay

Great staff. Nice bed. Good room. Quiet part of the beach. Nice facilities. Breakfast included. Very close to the pier too.

A couple of railings were loose and felt like a safety hazard. The in-room tv didn't work properly and the AC remote needed new batteries.

Location is good right at the beach and close to pier. Nearby many restaurants, prices starting from 120 baht/meal. Wifi sometimes disconnected or poor. Breakfast avarage but with seaview.

Lonely paradise

The hotel looks like a tropical garden which is very nice. The pool area and the beach look just like on the pictures but note that the sand is not soft and smooth. If you're looking for some time away from everything this place is ideal as it is at the end of a tiny road and it feels quite secluded. The staff is nice.

Without a motor bike you're basically stuck. You can't really get a grab ride because the hotel is too far away from busier areas so you need to take rather expensive taxis.

it suited our group's needs being so close to the Koh Tao ferry and a quiet pleasant place to stay

liked having our own bungalow. quiet. good facilities: on the beach, good sized pool, restaurant overlooking beach. very convenient for catching the ferry to Koh Tao , and our one night on return before going to airport. it was good for travelling with family as we could be close but each had our separate bungalows.

there was a very limited menu in the restaurant for evening meal so we went out to eat, but not huge problem as we just walked along the beach.

Lovely pool and right on the beach. Our bungalow was lovely. Food was good and massage was amazing by the pool.

Restaurant and grounds staff were fantastic, breakfast was awesome but lack of ventilation on the patio of my villa and

The relaxed vibe of the property, the location, the staff were all fantastic, breakfast was awesome every single morning.

I expressed concern about location of my villa at check in being so far from the beach. I did notice that 3 villas overlooking the beach were empty for majority of my stay, a request to move/even upgrade was rejected, yet those villas stayed empty. Also my villa 313 being so far from beach had no breeze, so sitting on the patio was very uncomfortable, yet the patio’s of the hotel rooms had a fan which circulated air for residents of the cheaper rooms. If location of my villa was advised at time of booking I would have booked somewhere else with rooms closer to the beach. Other resorts I stayed at around the island had green grass in garden areas, lack of grass gave the impression of being left rundown and unattended, visually disappointing.

Firstly, I would stay here again as the hospitality was second to none. Nice big rooms and plenty of space.

Nice and very quiet location. Staff exceptional.

Wonderful

Amazing resort situated at the end of the beach, so its very quiet here. Surrounded by nice garden with a lot of trees and bushes. Superfriendly staff and amazing restaurant. Comfortable rooms and comfy bed. Big plus - fan and AC are quiet. And no mosquitos !:)

Well room equipment is a bit oldskool , but ok.

Overall is totally amazing. The pasta during breakfast is perfectly cooked and delicious.

The room is nice and spacious and the breakfast is awesome. Love it. Love the beach and the pool.

I don't like the toilet and bath. It looks dirty and the sink is so up high. I have hard time brushing my teeth so as my kids. You need to redesign and change the color of your toilet and bath.
